Fellow followers & new visitors alike, i’d like to introduce you to Beautiful Soup - one of Detroit’s latest & tastiest pop-up ventures! The operation is spearheaded by Angela, a talented young cook whose focus is geared towards making healthy comfort foods readily available for everyone…how fantastic is that!

WHAT I LOVE MOST: Everything is made from scratch, seasonal & local ingredients are used, each dish is scrumptious AND (drum roll please) the TLC that goes into making each dish really shines thru….trust me, i’ve gone to 3 of their pop-ups just within the last month, b/c of ALL these factors…and now so should you! : )
