The Detroit Foodie

Don’t forget to visit the Wayne State University Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays from 11am - 4pm (thru October 26th). The market is setup in front of the Prentis building on Cass, across the street from the Detroit Public Library.

Today’s market will also feature a cooking demo by Chef Phil Jones (head chef of COLORS Detroit) at noon, so don’t miss it! : )

The market also offers hot and cold prepared foods, salads, vegetables, fruits, herbs, cut flowers and potted plants from local and regional producers.
