I recently attended a brunch hosted by Chartreuse, a raw vegan pop-up restaurant, and i was really impressed - the food, decor, and overall ambiance were fantastic!

Everything Bagel (made of crushed walnuts) with caramelized onions & paprika cream cheese was not only beautifully presented, but tasted delicious too!

Parmesan Scramble (made of tofu) with marinated veggies, smoked tomatillo salsa, red jalapeno cream sauce, sliced avocado, and blue corn chips. The flavor combinations with the help of that fresh zesty tomatillo salsa, worked really well here!
